thats a smaller boa not a cobra!! its a harmless snake at that size and he is pulling on the tail witch is making the snake want to try to get away so its atition is on leaving and not trying to defend so there is rilly no danger in this stunt but hurting the snake. someone should bight this dumb ass in the back of the neck!
