nossquirrel you suck you dissed every damb thing on this site

This is a Ch-46 Sea Knight helicopter attempting to land on a ship to drop off it passengers on board. The pilot came in to low, his back right landing gear got caught on a safety net. The pilot did not know this and tried to pull away from the ship to retry his landing. The net held the Ch-46 down causing it to plunge into the sea. 18 of the 21 did die. They are in my prayers.

i hope they saved them all.

that helicopter is a ch-35 chinook, and it was not bad piloting, it was a gust of wind that pushed the helicopter over the edge

is there any good training of pilots? i saw about two other bad piloting videos. well hope no one drowned

This was training gone bad. CH-46 Pilots learn the hard way, be coming in to fast and low. You can see his flare back to stop, level and hover, but not enough. I don't believe everyone survived.

george dubya better spend more on training our military since he insists on playing war!

Man that little miss stake cost one heck of a lot!! It look like the pilot just miss the mark! We can replace equipment but not the crew. I pray every one got out of this mess ok!

i hope there ok. they sure did a bad job though. we cant have this happen everyday! all our money would be gone because of the taxes
