Yeah, this is all old news..now since most phones have GPS, yes even if U don't pay for it [dial 911 and hang-up and it will begin to trace U], so 'they' what U say, see and go.

I already have a copy of the Bluetooth SMS hacktool. Works great when your bored sitting in a coffee shop. The other one seems like more of a hassle. Sure, it has some cool functions..but you have to get your hands on their phone. I prefer the stealth mode of bluetooth hacking. They don't know your even there, and you get to see everything.
