I don't think that's is glass, it's a speacial type of plastic..magicians use to make a coin enter a bottle.

As a reply to my own comment which is posted above. I applaud anyone who actually reads the entire comment and posts a reply. Many of the people on the internet are too lazy to do even a little bit of reading.

How **I THINK** he did it: Simple slight of hand trick. Simplistic, but hard because of the speed at which he needs to move his hands. The edges of the piece of glass are taped, as if to make it so that he can slide his hand across them quickly, without getting cut by a rough edge. Also, just before the coin "goes through" the glass, his hand moves over the bottom edge of the glass, I think that would be where the transfer happens. And then when he waggles his fingers, the coin is already under the glass. The same goes for the card, he slides his hand slightly above the top of the glass. That's just my take on how I think he did it (I made "I think" stand out at the top of the post for a reason). Feel free to flame, call me a dumb ass, post your own comment, whatever, it really doesn't affect me so I don't care.
