That low life piece of dirt should be put in prison for at least 10 years! 10 years minimum! It's the way to stop other scumbags, like this thing, from smashing into the cars people have bought and stealing their things. Watching this video made me extremely angry. I have had my car broken into a couple times and I wanted to hunt down the bastard and make a public display of him.. not only that.. a close friend of mine had her car broken into just this week and they even had the nerve to steel her baby's diaper bag!
