I'd sue the bus company it it had done that to my bike! I already have a man in court for d.u.i. and destruction of property when he went over with the drinks and hit me on my bike. I am suing for all he's worth! I'm suing for the pain he caused me, the price of my bike, and he has to pay the fine for the speed limit and d.u.i. to me!
