This is NOT a bus it is a woman car driver, who has now been detectd by the police and will appear in court for this offence.

spleenboy, Hitting a puddle of that size, at that speed, will "pull" the vehicle in that direction. The result .. multiple counts of vehicular homocide. I wouldn't be surprised if the authorities are tracking the source of this video.

If you drive down the road and deliberately soak children waiting for a bus at the side of the road then, yes you can get fined for it. Disorderly Conduct or whatever the equivalent charge is in the UK.
