this makes "two idiots" in a row..but at least this "idiot" chose to cause himself pain!! Why don't you guys really find something usefull to do. This guy just broke his elbow, bad move..you know there are "treatments" available for this type of behavior, it's called "shock treatments". Though I am sure some of you would probably "enjoy" them.

no tecnique whatsoever, bruce lee could've broken 10 with his head. i don't think he broke his arm either. if he did he would be on the groud crying like a baby, and he certainly wouldn't be able to move it.
