it is NOT 'pyro ' there are 4 JATO bottles on each side for quicker take-offs JATO means " Jet Assist Take Off "

It is the Blue Angels support aircraft, Call sign "Fat Albert" it has 8 (4 each side) JATO rockets, enables the short field takeoff (demo) that you see. That actually can and is done by Fleet C-130's in the field

Those "Pyro Effects" are called JATO bottles. Jet Assist Take Off. They are used on C130's to assist them taking off on short runways.
