the vibrating palm is a martial arts move that damages internal organs and can ultimately rupture the human heart with ease too bad nhilus forgot to mention it's not an instant death, it takes a little while for it to kick, even if you managed to hit them with the palm they'd still beat your ass.. they'd die about two weeks later but you'd still get your ass kicked, that's why i prefer to use a crowbar

i hate to say it to you but there is a one hit kill move known as the vibrating palm. It's an internally damaging martial arts move designed for rupturing organs rather than knocking someone out or busting them open. It seems like little more than a tap when you feel it.. that is until you start having chest pains and the coronary arteries of your heart rupture ultimately leaving you dead. don't believe me.. just look it up
