I don't want to sound like a racist but this looks like this happened in a country where they don't want little baby girls and so they have the baby get in an "accident" with a cobra. that is my theory, and I think that this video is horrible and the people standing around the cobra should be the ones getting attacked.

holy shit man... that kid doesn't scare easy. you know most babies see something like that cry and run the other way. and yeah the parents of that kid are a little off... interesting culture and parenting.
