NO, IT CAN'T BE. THE ATHLETES IN THE BACKGROUND PROVE IT. NEVERTHELESS, THE SAME SCENE TOOK PLACE INA FINAL IN THE ATHENS 2004 OLYMPICS.

I AM PRETTY SURE THIS WAS OFF ONE OF THE TAE-KWON-DO GAMES IN THE 2004 ATHENS OLYMPIC GAMES. THE WINNER GOT GOLD WHILE THE POOR GUY THAT RECEIVED THE KICK AND KNOCK-OUT GOT SILVER.

its a spin kick.. not round house. a roundhous kick has to snap bak .. this lets you kick some one multiple times wit a roundhouse.. you cannot do that with a spin kick..
