Oh please.. so its got one line that matches, but the rest is completely different not even the melody corresponds properly. They should drop it. She probably hadnt even heard that song before in anyway.
"Hey hey you you" its a common thing to say. Not special at all.
no one will sue anyone whoever made this crap will PAY IT'S SHIT!
no one sues my avril
I was not expecting what i saw on here
yeah bs
WHO CARES IF IT SOUNDS SIMILAR HER VERSION IS WAY BETTER AND THAT OTHER BAND SUCKS. THEY SOUND LIKE A BUNCH OF BROKE LOOSERS THAT DONT APPRECIATE MUSIC.
i think the 70's group has a legit case and by the law of music they could possibly win but, they should be flattered that their song was somewhat used in today's modern times even though the young lady who revived it should have asked for the rights to do so and i'm assuming she did'nt if their's a law suit against her..but with all that said, who really cares cause it's just a song and maybe the 70's group could use the money!
i don't see the similarity. am I missing something? sounds to me like a wanna be band from the 70"s is trying to make some $$ from someone else's success.
they are so full of it they sound nothing alike |
