Totally unprofessional. He should understanding that anyone who calls 911 will most likely be mentally distressed over an EMERGENCY situation. He should only pull out what is needed from the call and ignor the rest.

I am not sure where you are from pbc, but in the United States of America we have a constitution, a bill of rights that is a sort of guarantee. The very first right, the first amendment of the constitution is the freedom of speech and self expression. The cops are not god, nor do they have any right over us, they are public servants. They have zero right to tell someone what they can and cannot do. If ever you find yourself in a situation where an 'authoritative' figure demands your actions like a puppet lets see how you dance. I'd be sure to dance a jig on that cops face. He will be held accountable, I hope you take personal responsibility or you may find yourself in a situation like his.
