This is absolutely amazing! If you don't get the point of this, you are completely niave to the complications of extreme old age, including joint bone loss, joint arthritis, and muscle atrophy. This man is one of a minute percentage in history who could still accomplish this at such an age. For that matter, could you do it now?

I think the guy is not 90 years old! I don't care how fit you are when your 90 you can barely walk to the bathroom much less support your body wieght on a single finger!

Oh My Gosh!!

The point is, like JordanN said, mind over matter and concentration. This can help in many areas of life. Hope some martial arts practicers and Chinese people post a comment. I think it's cool.
