Tazers send electrical shock through your body, affecting your mortar skills and muscle functions first, often confusing nerves in the muscles, cause they dont kno if the electricity is from the brain or elsewere, so they basically tense up untill they can get it sorted out.. my opinion, if you were hit in both the upper legs with two different tazers, it would be physically impossible, for "anyone" to walk for at least 15 seconds
