i dont think the hospital would let someone do that out of saftey reasons. But maybe if he has brain cancer wanted to make him happy. The noise would also interfere with the medics talking

this abuse is sick..just cuz the babyis laughing doesnt mean its good for it. If you got the baby super stoned he would probably be laughing as well. I dont think the dad is doing it on purpose. He just looks like a dumbass
