I'm sure that this topic has been typed to death by now and completely resolved. Fwiwi, the man who squirted Tom SHOULD be in jail and be convicted. How severe of a sentence he gets is a different story, but the thing to keep in mind is that it was assault. You can't play pranks on people you don't know like that. What was he thinking? shadow.
