The gentleman in the clip is Tom Knapp. He is a professional exhibition shooter and is sponsored by Benelli. He uses an M-1 super90 auto loader w/ an extended magazine tube. And yes he shoots all 9 clay pigeons with 9 separate 12 gauge rounds.
