yes, it can fall on their heads no, you're not supposed to have spotters in this kind of lift (some have 1 spotter hehind him to catch him if he falls, but not during competitions) i read what happened to him, he lost consciousness because he tried to hard to lift the weight. it has happened to me before during the clean and jerk (which that is) but i pushed the weight away before i fell backwards and my spotter (see above) caught me

paintball has only left welts on me like that once, i was shot up close and it hit my arm, i've never been hit like that before and i've been playing for almost five years.

or you can just do what the guy says at the end of the video, where he talks about how its just an illusion when you think its going up, but its really going down, because you can't see the horizon anywhere and the hills around it make it look like the road is going up.

its called Parkour when you can jump from high buildings its the way you land, when he landed his legs werent stiff they were bent and then he rolled when he hit the ground i've seen people jump from two story buildings at my high school and just roll out its pretty awesome

of course that was fake if you notice after he says "check this out" watch his background as he backs up to jump, it will dissappear in a small box. obviously what happened is that the car drove NEXT to him while he jumped on the "imaginary" box that they edited out of the picture. also i agree with those below him getting hit by the car is fake because A) the street was too narrow for 2 cars to be passing each other and B) the shadows in the foreground do move to the left, showing its fake :)
