This is the Russian fighter plane SU-34/37 or Sukhoi 34/37 (two variations). The 37 was developed as a prototype, so this one is probably the 34. Anyways this plane is not new, it was developed during the 90s. You guys are idiots, the Chinese are testing their rockets for the first time. Just like the U.S. and the Soviet Union tested theirs back in the 60s. You shouldn't be making fun of the Chinese for trying to catch up in technology.
