This IS police brutality. The one cops knee is on the guy's throat and all the guy on the ground is doing is holding the cops wrist which anyone of us would probably do if we were being strangled by a knee. There is absoulutey no reason here to punch the guy several times while he is obviously incapacitated. That is not wrong! You're never too young to learn about guns and gun safety. By teaching this kid to shoot and about gun safety now, he won't be afraid of guns when he gets older which will lead to the prevention of an accident. What age is not young enough? 21? 32? Also, the type of hearing protection used will NOT allow damage to the child's hearing. More parents should be this responsible.
