Ok I am a HUGE family guy fan and in case anyone did not know this is from "stewie griffin the untold story" it is when peter buys tivo and stewie watches himself in the future taking a vacation in the past a truly awesome epesode anyways this is a sort of complicated thing to exsplain but you kinda have to see the whole epesode to understand the joke.
