That ain't a train! That's a "tram" (dutch). It's kinda the same as a metro. It's common to see them driving around on tracks in the street where cars and pedestrians can cross them (they can stop very quickly). Sometimes those "trams" go underground to avoid very busy roads or roads where you can drive really fast and then they are called pre-metro and that's the stuff you see!

I think you couldn't come close enough to tazer him (and maybe because he had a heavy jacket on).. Besides if you see at the end to the right it looks like one of the cops is injured. Anyways waste of the patrol car, just shoot him in the shoulder or the leg..

The hard policy is to make soccer a family event again where fathers could go to and watch with their sons. If you see at the crowd that gets beaten up by the police you see that they aren't ***'s. They are probably the hard-core group of fighters and the police knows it (they film the audience during the game to identify the trouble makers).

In Europe there used to be an in some cases still are a lot of problems with soccer fans. In America you have a lot of shootings, well in Europe we just beat the crap out of each other. The police is put between the two "teams" to prevent damage to towns (it is really a battle). Due to a number of serieus accidents such as the "Heizeldrama" in 1985 in Brussel, Belgium where a lot of people where killed because of riots and the police couldn't control it anymore a zero-policy was introduced.

It's a car from Poland. (See the "PL" sticker on the bumper below the license plate). Must be an old picture or a very old car because license plates in Poland are white with black letters (the old ones are black with white letters)

Man, why do you americans always think that everything that's great is made by the US? That's a Belgian commercial! It's like five years old already. It's an advertisement for a huge party across a couple of city's and is called "de nacht van het examen" (the night of the exam), this picture was for the 2nd edition.
