Pretty simple - he has a device down the back of his leg which allows him to bend back up to a certain point, then locks in that position. A bit like the spine in your back, it has flexibility to a certain point and then each individiual component locks in at that position. He is in effect leaning on this device on his legs - this routine will still take a lot of practice and strength, but ishelped of course by being lowered down gently. When he finds the correct balance, he can lift one leg up.

A tea-spoon of schlock..Sugar coated war for all those back home in good old U S of A who have no understanding of either the causes or the effects of what this war, or indeed any others, are really about. Of course I respect bravery etc, but these guys are trained killers - t h e y a r e t r a i n e d a n d p a i d t o k i l l p e o p l e. Honestly speaking, my heart bleeds more for the Iraqi civilians - let's see a schlock video for them please!

That's fantastic - I think a new camera has been designed that can shoot at really high speed which allows this sort of thing to be seen that has never been seen by the human eye before..does anyone know what the music is in this clip? It's great. Thanks
