It's a dog or large cat body..In the water for awhile. And someone screwed with the head. Different body parts put together. The picture is crappy, they don't give different angles.

What an asshole! Why would you even try to drive that thing where is no room to drive in the first place. Good thing there was no one else under there at the drive-up window. The guy is not dead, he and his 10 year old son are fine, the truck is the one that died.
