You'll notice that he leans forward over the table (almost too obviously and unnecessarily) and casts a full shadow over the chopsticks, possibly to set it up after the girl and the camera checks out that it's legit. But, I still don't know how he does it!

Looks like he landed on his elbow and either broke the shoulder and/or collarbone or at least dislocated it pretty badly. Ouch!

If you watch the slow motion, he lands on his elbow, which likely got the entire shoulder dislocated or broken with his collarbone. Ouch!
