EU has has public urinals for decades,carved out of the side of their buildings.In the center circles of the intersections for France is concern.Uni-toilets for most towns too.A man will be standing at a urinal and beautiful lady will sit right there along side and not think a thing about it. Beer Fests (Fete du biere) would have them, and they "seated" five or six instead of only 4 and didn't have the retaining bar for the behind. Come on..what's the big deal, no worse than peeing in the bushes, eh? Try using a public restroom over there with cleaning ladies coming in to clean while you're "seated"
