maybe nobodys around there and that the person in charge of that pic just left the camera out there and made it so it takes a picture like each 10 seconds
I agree with LiamB, this photo is doctored. The main give away here are the tips of the lightning bolts at the top of the picture. There are two points that are much brighter...this happens at the point the lightning strikes, not up in the clouds. Additionally, lightning generally converges to one point at the ground, while coming from many bolts in the sky. It's simply lightning turned upside down in a nice desert/city scape. It is a cool pic though!

did anybody worked with CorelDraw 11. this picture can be done with some eas clicks ans inserting standard cliparts in less than 5 minutes...
I am sure that this lightnings are from this source!
