deebo is correct this was shown on dirty jobs called road kill this a common thing.

the animals sometimes get stuck in the line when the people who are putting them up tension the wire. When they are installing the line the put in all the poles, and the wire is slack, and then at the end of the line, they use a machine to pull the wire taught. When that happens, animals can get snagged in the wire and are lifted into the air

or if you look to the right you will see a goat walkin the high wire.
