these parents should have that kid taken away from them! i have ridden motorcycles for years, and would never attempt this!

my daughter is seven years old now, and I am just now letting her ride with me with a helmet on. if the kid can't touch the pegs, wear a helmet, or in this case, crawl, don't put them on the bike with you!

p.s. i think it is great that they have helmets on, but it really shows how much safety they were actually thinking about..idiots!!

p.s. in illinois there are no restrictions on age or amount of riders on a bike. gotta wear a safety belt in you vehicle, and children can't sit in the front of a car, and they have to be in a booster seat in the back, but you can pull this kind of stunt. makes you wonder where the lawmakers' heads are!
