Thats what they call a drone. Military uses them to testfire and practice shooting enemy planes. How anyone could own one for their car, I don't know.

OK its a drone, but i think its a german v1 flying bomb from ww2. And it must be a model because the weight of the real thing is more than 2 tons without the warhead. but why did they put it on top of their car?
