Society has allowed for pierced ears on babies since the 60's. Now days so many people pierce their tounges, navels, other sexual parts of the bodies and more. It is only a matter of time before this is acceptable for babies. And yes it is photoshoped. Anyone who thinks this is real, needs to take a closer look.
