HEY tty, how can you say this Is abuse. It looks to me like the owners did the right thing and brought the little guy to the vet and got an x-ray and a cast. It probably cost about 200 bucks. The only bad thing Is the cast Is covered with some kind of pink mesh, so you cant sign the cast!!
