Cool Inside Beach - Look At Pictures

Pretty cool picture! This is some kind of an indoor beach. It looks like the water comes under ground from the ocean. I would like to go there.

that would be cool if the goverment would build one in the US but they would never do that i want to go there and close the roof on the rainy days so i can still swim on the rainy and snowy days know what i mean

There is a wave generating pool closer than Japan. The one i know of is at Waterworld/Astroworld in Houston, Texas.

The indoor beach is located in Japan. It has a retractable roof for rainy days. The waves and temp are computer controlled. The sand is even specially engineered not to stick to you (like at a real beach!) Also, within a few miles is an indoor ski resort with several different slopes and (of course) man made snow all year long! How cool is that?

I don't think our government would pay for that. r u even serious?? someone, who works hard for their money, probably built it for the rainy days.

Yea, you are correct Wolfman. It just goes to show you how much our government wastes our hard earned money.

I have seen this picture before and by the way, is that a 'real' beach and waterfront not too far away from this building? It is in the top portion of this picture.
