That's the Sigma 200-500 f/2.8, weighs about 35lbs, MSRP $3800. I would be surprised if they manage to sell a dozen of these in the next decade.

This reminds me of someone I know who has a fancy camera, but is TOO shy to get right up on the picture/ subject, to get a good pix. I know someone like that.. So what if you got all the toys?

Although most are not that much of a he-man and use a monopod to steady the lens. It weighs about 30 pounds.

Probably at least an 800 mm or 100 mm lens. Professional sports photogs and National Geographic kind of guys shoot with them. They cost more than most cars.
