This is the second homeless person we have seen who tries to get money by just telling the truth. I wonder if he got the idea from the other picture like this we posted on Guzer.com? It could happen. Public libraries have internet access. :)

Its not honesty, these people will say absolutely anything that gets idiots to give them money. Its just psychology at work. Anyone who hands out money to people on the street is an idiot. Don't feed the pigeons!
