What would be cool is if some psycho saw the plate and thought the guy was talking to him, and then he fire bombed the car and the driver died and the only thing left was the ***ing license plate! That would be cool. And the driver would be dead! knowaimsayinyo?

on the california personalized license plate application form, there is-- or, at least, there used to be-- a space for the applicant to explain what the requested plate means. i wonder what this person wrote there, to con the state into granting it.
