I would say that his older brother held him down and shaved part of his head....

Maybe one of the guys with the electric razor from Jack*** got a hold of him!!!

Looks like someone went to cut his hair with clippers without the guard on it.I actually did this to one of my sons on accident a few years back.LOL he was not happy

Looks a lot like my son who at age 7 decided to cut his own hair right before they took school pictures.

My guess is .....he got his hands on some clippers and shaved a patch off.......kinda hard not to get caught now eh?

ROFL! I think this kid took his dad's electric hair shaver and tried to make himself look cool. Poor kid looks miserable; I think his parents told him to not move, they got their camera, and took the picture. As you can see, the poor kid looks totally humiliated. LOL LOL.

Poor kid... I agree with the bully idea.... I hope they got caught and he stands up to them... my kid was picked on by a bully in k-4th grade... popped him once in the mouth 2 years ago and has had no trouble from him since! I'm a teacher & am not supposed to agree with popping the bully... but.... in reality..... hmmmm...
