Fan On Car - Crazy Pictures

I would like to know the story behind this picture. Some kind of huge fan has fallen on to a car that is sitting in a parking lot. I hope the car was empty.

This was an air conditioner unit the top of the civic center in Pensacola, FL. It came loose during hurricane Ivan and landed on this car. http://ww.mthurricane.com/Hurricane_Ivan/Ivan_41.jpg

that is a fan off the top of the Pensacola Civic Center in pensacola florida. it come off and landed on the car during Hurricane Ivan in 2004
