Hi, I'm from Britain and just so you know, they aint toilets, they are old style British telephone boxes!!

What you are looking at are british telphone boxes which are no longer used.these boxes are so called art and where erected at a cost of £17,00 as a centre piece in one of our town centres. Richmond-on-Thames I think
