If the keyboard was broken it would capitalize the i's in the middle of words.

He must've been absent the day in kindergarten when they tell you only capatilize I when you're talking about yourself. He capatilized inspect and inspecting. I'm really embarrassed for him. But it's ok, I can tell by a lot of his comments that he is of a lower level of intelligence than most of us are anyway.

lift the barrel at the sun look up the ejection port If he sees sunlight you pass. He returns the rifle to you, you take It bring It to your chest, punch off the bolt lock and return It to your side. I don't know what this clown Is doing.

In the U.S Military when you are standing for Inspection, If an officer asks to Inspect your rifle, you move that rifle to your chest, you pull back the charging handle In turn sets the bolt back, this opens the ejection port,then you hit the bolt lock, then you push the charging handle forward, now you can hand that rifle to the Inspecting officer, he will take that rifle turn toward the sun

That is how you inspect the barrel to see if it is fouled (dirty). The other guy is holding the chamber open so that light can enter the ejection port, and the barrel.
