you can see it in satellite view if you go to Yokohama, Japan. if you go to street view, you can see the white hotel in one direction and the coaster tracks heading toward the water, but you can't see where it goes (in front of the ferris wheel.

Im pretty sure its in Dubai, look in the background, there's only one place in the world with a building like that, the white curved sail building, and that would be in Dubai, where they are trying to top everything, even their rolloer coasters.
