Chopper Going Down - Helicopter Crash Pictures
At first you might think this picture is fake but take a look at the mountains behind the helicopter. It really is going straight down.

looks like fun to do
Well everybody knows its fake but heres how you can see it. There is a blurry line all around the chopper wich is caused by a tool used in photoshop ;)
of course it's fake! For one thing, if a helicopter were going straight down, the top rotors would pull the copter straight to the side. For another, once helicopter is straight like that, the rotos would break clean off, plus the tail rotor would be making the copter spin around. You couldn't possibly take a picture of that, because the copter would be going to the side real fast, and spinning even faster, and the rotors would break off
Sorry guys but this pic is very real indeed! That's a Westland Lynx helicopter and it can loop and do barrel rolls without problem - as can many other choppers for that matter. Oh, and did I mention that the Lynx currently holds the world speed record for choppers? A very impressive machine indeed. Take a look at http://www.alexisparkinn.com/photogallery/Videos/2006-4-08_CM2_OVER_THE_EDGE_PREVIEW.wmv for some shots of the Lynx in action. PS the blurry line is motion blur or a JPEG artifact.
i have a toy heli almost e-x-a-c-t-l-y like that and i can print a picture of 'watercolored mountains' and i can make a pic like this. i never said it was fake though
that,s kool
