Probably a high crime area..wanted to make sure the car wasn't stolen.

Can't park there, sir! Roadway is off to the left frame of the pic and is elevated, driver backed out of a driveway and slammed into the roof--backwards. Old Ford Taurus so it's probably an old person driving it, hit the gas instead of the brake. My best guess.

if you look at the roof he went nose first, but how fast do you need to go to jump across the lake behind the house in the pic, unless there is a more logical explanation the pic is fake!
