well I am from Canada and this does not truley show what it is like up here but it Febuary it can get pretty snowy. But it is not that cold up here! This picture is a little mean to us but it is pretty funny.. But doing what is shown in the picture is very unlikely. No one here would do something like this. We would just say "oh its a big boot day" and go on with the day. Not shuve beer bottles into snow.
