Nobody "DID THIS" to their dog. This is a genetic disorder causing the animal to have two of every muscle (and I think it's double jointed too? I don't remember) you can read about him online. I've seen pictures of him next to another dog of his same breed and the difference is amazing!

The dog has a genetic disorder that causes it to have double the normal amount of muscles. It will shorten the dogs life.
