I laughed really hard when I first saw this but the more I think about it the harder I find it to believe that this was a real toy that was manufactured. It appears to be inside a private house. Furthermore I cant find any other pictures of that thing. It seems more likely that some sick *** had that specially made to take the picture.. and used that girl to do it.
