To all the people yelling about how the puppies shouldn't be carried around, that bag was designed mainly for hiking, so the dog can carry water bottles. I'm sure that the owner wasn't going to keep them in there for walks. Also, my very first dog was a pit bull mix, and was a total sweetheart. Pit bulls, just like any other breed, are only mean and vicious if raised to be so, or are abused.

Those puppies shouldn't be running around; they are no more then two weeks old and therefore cannot walk. Even so this is a stupid idea. Mother dogs need to be able to nurse and clean their puppies at will. It's a cute pic but a stupid idea. It's not like her owners should take her for a walk like this; unvaccinated dogs (they are too young) are susceptible to disease.

BTW I have just adopted a four month old APBT from the pound, $135.00, very malnourished 15.05 lbs, you could see her ribs but she was so hyper to see me pick her out of the cage.. she doesn't have cropped ears or a docked tail -The dog above her ears are cropped. Now if you DICK heads want a lesson SIT DOWN AND READ. -All dogs are DOG aggressive, this means and I quote "Dogs are decedents from the wolves, they are dog aggressive to show dominance because they are one of the dominant breeds.. What is wrong with some of you people not all Pit balls are evil dogs that go around maulling people. Most are very sweet and by the way you can't tell if the ears are cropped or not from this pic. That's a water and food carrier on the cute Pit Bull. People who hike and camp with their dogs have them carry their own food and water. Pits are great dogs. I've pet sit several. I wouldn't have one because I have 10 cats, 2 dogs and too many cats and dogs coming in and out of my home on their way to a forever home. It would be too stressful on the Pittie.

I wish I could have had one for my little bichion when she had he babies. it would have been so helpful.

Pitbulls are not "known" to do anything except be energetic and dog-aggressive. Yes, DOG aggressive. They are a wonderful breed, and it's unfortunate that the behavior of their owners has resulted in them getting such a bad rap. Negative attitudes towards the breed only feed into its mythology and encourage the wrong type of people to mistreat it into behaving accordingly. Though it does look like this dog's ears are clipped, that does not mean she's a fighting dog- you can tell by looking at her that she's never been in a fight, give me a break. That said- adorable picture! I'm worried about the puppies being so constricted, though..

Pitbulls are known to snap a lot easier, and can completely lose it regardless of training or how they were raised. It's a dangerous breed, I don't see an issue if you'd want to take the risk as a sole person, but owning one if you are in care of children is a risk, IMO.

Not all ov Vick's dogs wee able to be rehabilitated, 32 were put down. I can't understand how a human being can be so cruel to an animal who just wants to give love and please. It breaks my heart. I saw a special on TV today about his poor dogs. This Mama is so pretty and sweet!

Yes, I agree that Pit Bulls make lovely companions! My Pit is the most well behaved dog I have ever met! :D I love her to death. I think that a puppy carrier would have came in handy when she was having babies.. she could barely keep track of all 13! of them! :D Haha, I love pit bulls to death. :D I also agree that, "So what if their ears are cropped" It does not mean the dog is mean, it also does not mean the dog is a fighting dog, IT ALSO does not necessarily mean that the dog is nice either. All in all, you can not judge a dog by its outward appearance. And if it WERE a fighting dog, im sure the owners would have not gotten this dog to even let them put this pack on it. It is true that dogs love to please and work, Pit Bulls are working dogs, thats why they're so bulky, so yes, this Water carrier would come in handy! They would feel like they are useful! :D They love it. Those puppies are just too dang adorable that is for sure!

It's just a funny picture..The harness is really used to carry water. Dogs like to have jobs and one job can be to carry water during walks. Somebody decided to put puppies in it instead and created a wonderful pic..

Her ears aren't clipped. They're pulled back. My dog (a pitbull) does the same thing. Pitbulls can make wonderful dogs. Not all of them, but most. Even Michael Vic's fighting dogs have been rehabilitated and in adopted now.

Its hard to tell if the dog's ear are cut or not.. I have a pit that looks identical to this one and her ears are not cropped. But, she can pull them back so far, that if you look at her from this same perspective, you can't even see them. So what I'm saying is that it could just be her facial expression. And another thing I would like to hit on is that just because a dog has his/her ears cropped does not automatically make it a fighter. Take a look at Great Danes, a lot of owners have their ear's cut also. And just for the record, my pit is the sweetest dog that I have ever owned. She has had other dogs act aggressively towards her and she acts like they are hardly there and continues on with her business.. usually consisting of chewing on a stick.

Its true that any breed can be as dangerous as any other, but its also true that most dog attacks come from dogs of a paticular race. therefore we can say that either Most dangerous breed owners are lame handlers or tha some breed require more work to be properly socialize. I belive that its the second option, combined with poor race choice in part of the owner, since he should have been informed about the pros and cons of the dog he was adquiring. That said, im almost 100% sure that pickled was satirizing the whole dangerous races debate that begun to show here when Jaengael started accusing people who trim ther pits ears of ignorance. by the way, if cutting your pits ears is ignorance because you are not actually using it for fight (hopefully), then cutting any non-working dog's tail is ignorance, since cutting a dog tails was done to working dogs, so owners would have to pay extra taxes for them. Finally i do think putting rats in the pockets would make that scene hillarious. just imagine the dog trying to gets of her body!

My experience with dogs is that any breed can be aggressive if they are not raised and socialized properly stop spreading idiotic nonsense and scare tactics about one particular breed. Her ears are the result of a fighting crop done by an ignorant owner to make her look mean. Pit bull ears are normally pretty and tipped over. She looks like a sweetheart. I'm sorry they bred her because we have too many pit bulls already, but it is a sweet picture.
